to consider the question of the training of teachers

in this Colony.

This action was incidentally mentioned in

the tenth paragraph of my despatch on the subject of

the University (1937) Committee, No.514 of the 27th

of June, 1938.

3. I transmit the enclosed thirty copies of a

print which sets out the findings of the Majority and

the Minority of the Committee. It will be observed
